The head to heads

Post by Philip A Berry on Wed Mar 26, 2014 9:00 am

Well, out of the games between the 5 teams that have been contenders for most of the season Hanley have only won two of theirs and Atherton only one of theirs.

All three were against Nelson.

Had we won those we would be promoted and 3 points off the championship.

Good piece here from Formby

I have been looking at this and if 1874 win at Formby the Merseyside outfit could end up with 3rd place as they have a miles tougher run in. Now that would be a travesty.

Excellent piece from Merrick at Formby, I have a feeling they might miss out though!
