More signings?!

Matty O'Neill will be signing of the season without doubt, great coup! And he's a claret!

And what happens when Ritchie, Ed ONeill and Sak are all back ? 5 into 3 won't go and that's without considering Barski or Hession. Squad swollen again

Mark did say anymore in and some will have to leave.

He has mentioned loan deals as a possibility.

My own opinion is that on the evidence of yesterday's squad he could possibly need 22 players especially considering the amount of players sent off recently and of course any injuries.

Out of his squad of 20 we have two potential long term absentees in Taylor and Mossa so back to 20 really.

As long as younger players keep patient but are ready when needed I don't see a problem.

Suppose the good think is the new signings are better than the ones who have been bombed out. Matty O'Neill much better than Liam Boswell in my opinion, Adnan more effective than Chris Turner at this level too

Where has Matty Whitwell gone?

I noticed he wasn't even on bench v Formby and we had a bit of a defensive crisis regarding centre half selection.

He doesn't appear in the list for player sponsorship in the programme either.

Anyone know anything?

Spat his dummy about being on bench at Cheadle and never came back. Ironically would have played since due to suspensions and had played more or less every game up till then. Could have learned a lot from the attitude of some of the young squad players
