Hanley collapse
Never seen a team dissolve like us today, what is going on at the back?

Re: Hanley collapse
Never seen anything like it, I can't see why Ben Hoskin was taken off, it fell apart when he went off. Couldn't script it, manager sent off (and he was in the wrong as well, Turner spends at least 10 minutes every game just running round fouling people), 3 goals in best part of 10 minutes. Long and short of it is Nelson arnt going up until we learn to defend, and quick.
Re: Hanley collapse
Wow - Spectacular implosion after a good display at Atherton.
I was talking to the Hanley Chairman at the game and he told me that all his players play for nothing. Not one of them earns a bean.
I thought that some players let themselves down on Saturday by not working hard enough off the ball.
I would like to see Mark try a 3 5 2 formation when we are in front like that as this would give the extra player we need in defence as with flat back four we are constantly undone with channel balls. We certainly have the players for it.
Sakeel started superbly but spent most of second half chasing back to cover, nullifying his game. His best work is central.
Not all bad though - 1st half we were excellent again.
Just need to relax more on the ball when in front instead of forcing it.
Missing Wright though - not enough movement and Ritchie doesn't hold as well as Wright.
