I have to make comment after tonight, he's clearly made a very big decision to leave a certain player out, and if the story I heard around me was correct (that said player refused to come on as a substitute) then that player should never put on the blue of Nelson again.

I commend the manager on having some bollocks to make a call that actually worked. Put one of the kids in his place in the next starting 11, they'll bleed for the club.

I didn't Phillip but don't mind saying, Chris Turner was the player I referred to. As I said a lot was just what I heard from the side, but Nelson officials were discussing that he refused to be a substitute after being left out of the team and was sent to get changed out of kit after refusing to come on at half time.
